Medication schedule calculator
Enter how many doses a day you take and when you're awake — and get evenly spaced times that are easy to stick to. No sign-up, nothing stored.
This is a scheduling aid, not medical advice. Always follow the timing on your prescription and your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions — they override anything this tool suggests.
// The method
How the times are worked out
The calculator spreads your doses evenly across your waking hours: the first at wake-up, the last near bedtime, and the rest at equal intervals in between.
Even spacing keeps the gap between doses as steady as your sleep allows, and anchoring times to moments you already notice — waking up, meals, going to bed — is what makes a schedule survivable in real life.
Before you set the times
With or without food
Some medicines need a meal, others an empty stomach. The leaflet wins over the calculator — shift the time to match.
Strict intervals
Some prescriptions (like certain antibiotics) mean a strict 'every 8 hours', including nights. Follow the prescription exactly.
Interactions & timing
Some medicines must be taken apart from each other, or specifically in the morning or at night. Ask your pharmacist.

Common questions
Does 'twice a day' mean every 12 hours?
Not always. For many medicines, morning and evening is fine; for some, a strict 12-hour gap matters. Check the leaflet or ask your pharmacist — if strict spacing is required, it will say so.
What if I miss a dose?
The general rule is to take it when you remember unless the next dose is close — and never double up. But the right answer depends on the medicine, so check the leaflet or ask a pharmacist.
Should doses be spaced over 24 hours or waking hours?
Unless your prescription says otherwise, most everyday medicines are spaced across waking hours. Strict-interval prescriptions are the exception and include nights — follow them exactly.
Is anything I enter stored?
No. The times are calculated in your browser and disappear when you leave. Nothing is sent anywhere and nothing is tracked.
