Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 7, 2026

MFKAPPS (“I”, “me”, “the studio”) is a solo software studio based in Antalya, Türkiye. This policy explains what data is collected — and, more importantly, what isn’t — across this website and the mobile apps I publish (Granyn, Hydrame, stocky, VogueSwipe, Word Lounge, CV Lounge, FireHop, and future apps).

The short version: my apps are local-first. Your content stays on your device. One app has an optional online feature — stocky’s shared product database — and it sends only anonymous, non-identifying data, only when you choose to use it. I never sell your data.

1. Data the website collects

This website uses privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to count aggregate page views. It does not use Google Analytics, does not set tracking cookies, and does not build a profile of you. No personal information is required to browse.

If you use the contact form, the name, email, and message you submit are sent via Web3Forms purely so I can reply. They aren’t used for anything else.

2. Data the apps collect

The data you create in an app (expenses in Granyn, hydration logs in Hydrame, clothing photos and wardrobe records in VogueSwipe, and in stocky your pantry inventory, health profile, diet preferences, shopping list and expenses) is stored locally on your device. It is not uploaded to me, and there is no account to create.

stocky community product database. stocky uses a shared, community-built product database so barcodes scanned by one user are ready for the next. When you scan a barcode or add a product, only anonymized product facts (barcode, product name, brand, nutrition values, allergen tags) plus an anonymous contributor ID may be contributed to this database. It contains no personal data — your inventory, health profile, and expenses never leave your device. Barcode lookups also query third-party nutrition databases (Open Food Facts, FatSecret); only the barcode number is sent, never linked to you.

FireHop. A single-player game with nothing to collect. Your progress — levels, stars, coins and upgrades — is stored on your device. There is no account, no ads and no analytics inside the game. Two optional Apple features are available, and both stay off until you use them: iCloud key–value storage syncs your progress between your own devices, and Game Center holds the leaderboards. Apple handles both under your own Apple Account; I never see the data.

3. Third-party services

Some standard mobile services may process limited, mostly anonymized data:

  • Google Play (Android) & Apple App Store (iOS) — handle app distribution and in-app purchases/subscriptions. Payment details are processed by Google or Apple, never by me.
  • Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Firestore, Auth) — may collect anonymized crash reports and aggregate usage events; for stocky, Firestore also hosts the community product database described above.- Google AdMob — in the free tier, AdMob may use device identifiers to serve and measure ads, per Google’s policies. Ads may be personalized; you can limit this in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising). A Premium subscription removes all ads.
  • Nutrition data (Open Food Facts, FatSecret) — queried by barcode number for product information, not linked to your identity.
  • Open-Meteo (weather) — VogueSwipe can optionally fetch local weather for outfit suggestions using approximate coordinates only; the request is anonymous and never linked to you.

Each of these is governed by the respective provider’s privacy policy.

4. Your rights (KVKK · GDPR · CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Since I hold almost no personal data, most requests are satisfied by deleting data on your own device — but you can always reach out and I’ll help.

5. Deleting your data

Uninstalling an app removes the data stored on your device. To request deletion of any data held by third-party services (e.g. Firebase), email me and I’ll action it. Contact-form messages can be deleted on request too.

6. Children’s privacy

My apps are not directed at children under 13, and I don’t knowingly collect data from them.

7. Changes to this policy

I may update this policy as the apps evolve. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date above.
