End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a contract between you and MFKAPPS ("the studio") covering your use of the studio's mobile apps (Granyn, Hydrame, and future apps). By downloading or using an app, you agree to this EULA. It works alongside the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Licence grant

The studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the apps on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, or create derivative works of the apps;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble them, except where the law expressly permits it;
• rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or redistribute the apps;
• remove or alter any proprietary notices.

3. Ownership

The apps are licensed, not sold. The studio retains all rights, title, and interest in the apps, including all intellectual property. The data you create within an app remains yours.

4. Purchases & subscriptions

Some apps may offer optional paid features or subscriptions. Purchases are processed by Google Play (or the relevant app store), not by the studio directly. Pricing and billing are handled under that store's terms.

5. Refund policy

Because purchases are made through Google Play, refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policy, and the quickest route is to request a refund directly through your Google Play account (Play Store → Order history → Request a refund). Google generally allows refund requests within 48 hours of purchase.

If you hit a problem — a charge that looks wrong, or a paid feature that isn't working — email support@appsmfk.com and I'll do my best to help, including supporting your refund request with the store where appropriate.

6. Updates

The studio may release updates that add, change, or remove features. This EULA covers any updates unless they ship with their own separate terms.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The apps are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the apps. Granyn is a budgeting tool, not financial advice; Hydrame is a wellness aid, not medical advice.

8. Termination

This licence ends automatically if you breach its terms. You may end it any time by uninstalling the apps. Uninstalling removes the app's local data from your device.

9. Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, with the courts of Antalya having jurisdiction.
