Huey
LiveColor Picker
Pick a color from a photo, get its real-world match.
Huey identifies the color of any point in a photo in seconds. Choose a photo or snap one, drag the loupe to the exact pixel, and Huey hands you the HEX, RGB, and HSL codes plus the closest RAL, HTML/CSS named, and NCS matches — computed with the perceptual CIEDE2000 algorithm. Your colors and collections stay on your device. Live on the App Store and Google Play.

Questions, answered
Where can I get Huey?
Huey is live on both the App Store and Google Play — the button above takes you to the right store for your device.
Is it free?
Yes — the free tier includes 10 scans a day and up to 10 saved colors and collections. Huey Premium, as a monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase, unlocks unlimited scans and unlimited saved colors and collections.
How accurate are the matches?
The HEX, RGB, and HSL codes are exact for the pixel you pick. RAL, named-color, and NCS results are the nearest equivalents, computed with the CIEDE2000 perceptual algorithm — screen calibration can introduce small differences.
Is my data private?
Your photos, colors, and collections stay on your device — no account, no servers. Full details are in the privacy policy.
