Astro Merge Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the mobile game Astro Merge — a relaxing space merge puzzle ("Astro Merge" or "the app"). By using the app, you accept these terms.

2. Description of Service

Astro Merge is a relaxing space merge puzzle in which you drop cosmic bodies into a jar; when two of the same kind touch, they fuse into the next tier — from dust up to the Sun, and two Suns fuse into a black hole. It offers two modes: Classic (a gravity jar) and Orbit (bodies are pulled toward the centre of a circular arena). All game data is stored on your device, and the game can be played offline.

3. Account and Access

No account is required to use Astro Merge. The app does not send your name or email to any server.

4. Remove Ads Purchase

4.1 Scope

Astro Merge is free to play. "Remove Ads" is an optional one-time purchase made via Google Play / Apple App Store. Product id: remove_ads (one-time, permanent). It removes all ads. Astro Merge has no subscriptions. The current price is shown in the store.

4.2 Refunds

The remove_ads purchase is a one-time purchase and does not renew. All purchases and refunds are subject to Google Play / Apple App Store policies; refund requests must be submitted via the respective store's official procedure. MFK Apps Studio does not take payments directly or process refunds directly.

5. Advertising

The free version of Astro Merge shows ads via Google AdMob. The one-time Remove Ads purchase removes ads. Rewarded ads (optional boosters) are fully optional.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Use the app in compliance with applicable laws
  • Do not share or resell purchased entitlements without authorization
  • Do not reverse-engineer, extract, or modify the app's source code

7. Intellectual Property

The Astro Merge app, its logo, design, source code, and content are the intellectual property of MFK Apps Studio. They may not be copied, distributed, or modified outside of personal use.

8. Nature of the App & Disclaimer

Astro Merge is an entertainment app. Although very rare, on-screen animations and effects may cause discomfort for photosensitive individuals; if you feel dizziness, eye strain, or any similar symptom, stop playing and take a break. We recommend taking regular breaks during long play sessions.

9. Limitation of Liability

MFK Apps Studio cannot be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.

10. Service Termination

MFK Apps Studio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time. In case of termination, users will be notified in advance with reasonable notice.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes arising are subject to the jurisdiction of the Istanbul courts.
