Subly Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the mobile application Subly: Subscription Tracker ("Subly" or "the app"). By using the app, you accept these terms.

2. Description of Service
Subly is a mobile app that lets users track their subscriptions in one place, scan bills with the camera to automatically extract subscription details (service, amount, frequency, renewal date) on device, receive renewal reminders, and view their monthly spending total. All subscription data is stored on your device, and Subly does not connect to your bank account.
3. Account and Access
No account is required to use Subly. The app does not collect your name or email.
4. Premium Subscription
4.1 Plans and Pricing
Subly Premium is offered via Google Play with the following options:
- Monthly subscription
- Yearly subscription — starts with a 7-day free trial
- Lifetime (one-time purchase)
Premium includes an ad-free experience, unlimited subscription entries, advanced reminders, all premium themes, and future premium features. Current prices are shown in the Play Store.
4.2 Free Trial
The yearly subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. If not cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to paid and is charged via the payment method on your Google account.
4.3 Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime via Google Play Store → Account → Subscriptions. After cancellation, premium features remain accessible until the end of the billing period; no renewal occurs.
4.4 Refunds
Refund requests are subject to Google Play policies. Refund requests must be submitted via Google Play's official refund procedure. MFK Apps Studio does not process refunds directly.
5. Advertising
The free tier of Subly shows ads via Google AdMob. Premium subscribers have ads removed. Rewarded ads (e.g. to temporarily unlock a premium feature) are fully optional.
6. User Responsibilities
- Use the app in compliance with applicable laws
- Ensure the accuracy of the subscription information you enter or scan
- Maintain the security of your device
- Do not share or resell premium subscriptions without authorization
- Do not reverse-engineer, extract, or modify the app's source code
7. Intellectual Property
The Subly app, its logo, design, source code, and content are the intellectual property of MFK Apps Studio. They may not be copied, distributed, or modified outside of personal use.
8. Disclaimer (Not Financial Advice)
Subly does not provide financial, investment, or tax advice and is not an accounting tool. The subscription amounts, totals, and reminders shown in the app are based solely on the data you enter or scan and are for general informational purposes. The user is responsible for the accuracy of subscription information and amounts. The bill-scanning feature is an aid; confirming the extracted details is up to you.
MFK Apps Studio cannot be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.
9. Service Termination
MFK Apps Studio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time. In case of termination, users will be notified in advance with reasonable notice, and refunds for active premium subscriptions will be handled under Google Play policy.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated periodically. Material changes will be announced via in-app notification. The current version is always published on this page. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes arising are subject to the jurisdiction of the Istanbul courts.
