Drift Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the mobile game Drift — a calm gravity block-puzzle ("Drift" or "the app"). By using the app, you accept these terms.

1. Service Provider

2. Description of Service

Drift is a calm gravity block-puzzle game in which you place pieces, clear full rows and columns, and periodically shift the board with "Drift" pulses. All game data is stored on your device, and the game can be played offline.

3. Account and Access

No account is required to use Drift. The app does not send your name or email to any server.

4. Premium Version

4.1 Scope

Drift Premium is an upgrade purchased via Google Play / Apple App Store. Product ids: drift_premium_monthly and drift_premium_annual (auto-renewable subscriptions), and drift_premium_lifetime (one-time, permanent). All three unlock the same premium entitlement: an ad-free experience plus extra features including premium themes. The current price is shown in the store.

4.2 Renewal, Cancellation, and Refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period through your store account. To stop renewal, cancel the subscription in your store account settings; your access continues until the end of the paid period. drift_premium_lifetime is a one-time purchase and does not renew. All purchases and refunds are subject to Google Play / Apple App Store policies; refund requests must be submitted via the respective store's official procedure. MFK Apps Studio does not take payments directly or process refunds directly.

5. Advertising

The free version of Drift shows ads via Google AdMob. Purchasing the premium upgrade removes ads. Rewarded ads are fully optional.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Use the app in compliance with applicable laws
  • Do not share or resell premium without authorization
  • Do not reverse-engineer, extract, or modify the app's source code

7. Intellectual Property

The Drift app, its logo, design, source code, and content are the intellectual property of MFK Apps Studio. They may not be copied, distributed, or modified outside of personal use.

8. Nature of the App & Disclaimer

Drift is an entertainment app. Although very rare, on-screen animations may cause discomfort for photosensitive individuals; if you feel dizziness, eye strain, or any similar symptom, stop playing and take a break. We recommend taking regular breaks during long play sessions.

9. Limitation of Liability

MFK Apps Studio cannot be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.

10. Service Termination

MFK Apps Studio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time. In case of termination, users will be notified in advance with reasonable notice.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes arising are subject to the jurisdiction of the Istanbul courts.
