Billora Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the mobile application Billora — Invoice Maker ("Billora" or "the app"). By installing or using the app, you accept these terms.

1. Service Provider

2. Description of Service

Billora is an offline-first invoice, estimate and receipt maker for freelancers and small businesses. You enter your business details, clients and line items, and the app generates a PDF document on your device. All data is stored locally; the app can be used entirely without an internet connection.

3. Account and Access

No account is required to use Billora. There is no Billora server, no sign-up and no cloud synchronisation. The app does not send your name, email, invoices or client details to us.

4. Your Content and Your Data

Invoices, estimates, receipts, clients, items, your logo and your business profile belong to you. They remain on your device and are never uploaded to us. You are responsible for keeping them safe: use the in-app backup regularly and store the exported file somewhere you control. Uninstalling the app deletes its data, and we cannot recover it because we never had it.

5. Billora Pro

5.1 Scope

Billora is free to use with a monthly document limit, a small watermark on generated PDFs, a subset of the templates, and ads. Billora Pro removes those limits: unlimited documents, all 12 PDF templates, no watermark, no ads, and backup & restore. Product ids: billora_pro_monthly and billora_pro_yearly (auto-renewable subscriptions), and billora_pro_lifetime (one-time, permanent). The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Current prices are shown in the store, in your local currency, before you confirm.

5.2 Renewal, Cancellation, and Refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period through your store account unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. To stop renewal, cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. If you start the free trial and do not cancel before it ends, the subscription begins and is charged. billora_pro_lifetime is a one-time purchase and does not renew. All purchases and refunds are subject to Apple App Store / Google Play policies; refund requests must go through the respective store's official procedure. MFK Apps Studio does not take payments directly and cannot process refunds directly.

5.3 Restoring a Purchase

"Restore purchases" in Settings re-activates Pro on another device signed in to the same store account.

6. Advertising

The free version shows ads via Google AdMob. Purchasing Pro removes them. Where consent is legally required, a consent form is presented before ads load, and on iOS the App Tracking Transparency prompt is shown before any tracking identifier is used. Declining either keeps the app fully functional. See the Privacy Policy.

7. Nature of the App & Disclaimer

Billora helps you produce documents. It is not accounting or bookkeeping software, it does not give tax or legal advice, and it does not file anything on your behalf. It is not connected to any government e-invoicing or fiscal system — including e-Fatura/e-Arşiv (Türkiye), the Japanese qualified invoice system, Korean electronic tax invoices, Chinese fapiao issuance, Indian GST e-invoicing, and the e-invoicing mandates in Germany, France and Spain. Any tax number or tax rate shown on a document is what you typed in.

The legal requirements for a valid invoice differ by country and by business. Tax rates, totals and the legal validity of every document you send remain your responsibility — check them before sending.

8. User Responsibilities

  • Use the app in compliance with applicable laws, including invoicing and tax rules where you operate
  • Do not share or resell Pro access without authorization
  • Do not reverse-engineer, extract, or modify the app's source code beyond what the law permits

9. Intellectual Property

The Billora app, its logo, design, source code and templates are the intellectual property of MFK Apps Studio. They may not be copied, distributed or modified outside of personal use. Documents you create with the app are yours.

10. Limitation of Liability

Billora is provided "as is". MFK Apps Studio cannot be held liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, including lost data or lost income. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing here affects the statutory rights you have as a consumer.

11. Service Termination

MFK Apps Studio reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the service at any time. In case of termination, users will be notified in advance with reasonable notice.

12. Changes

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting mandatory consumer protections available where you live. Disputes arising are subject to the jurisdiction of the Istanbul courts.
