OldSchool Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the mobile application OldSchool — Medication & Supplement Reminder ("OldSchool" or "the app"). By using the app, you accept these terms.
1. Service Provider

2. Description of Service
OldSchool is a mobile app that lets users organize their medications and supplements, receive reminders at dose times, and view their dose history. All health and profile data is stored on your device.
3. Account and Access
No account is required to use OldSchool. The app does not send your name or email to any server.
4. Pro Version
4.1 Scope
OldSchool Pro is an upgrade purchased via Google Play / Apple App Store (product id: com.mfk.osreminder.pro). Pro includes an ad-free experience, medication photos, PDF/CSV export and sharing, and other premium features. The current price is shown in the store.
4.2 Cancellation and Refunds
Purchases and refunds are entirely subject to Google Play / Apple App Store policies. Refund requests must be submitted via the respective store's official procedure. MFK Apps Studio does not take payments directly or process refunds directly.
5. Advertising
The free tier of OldSchool shows ads via Google AdMob. Purchasing the Pro upgrade removes ads. Rewarded ads are fully optional.
6. User Responsibilities
- Use the app in compliance with applicable laws
- Enter medication and dose information accurately (the user is responsible for data accuracy)
- Maintain the security of your device
- Do not share or resell Pro without authorization
- Do not reverse-engineer, extract, or modify the app's source code
7. Intellectual Property
The OldSchool app, its logo, design, source code, and content are the intellectual property of MFK Apps Studio. They may not be copied, distributed, or modified outside of personal use.
8. Medical Disclaimer
OldSchool is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It does not replace the instructions of your doctor, pharmacist, or other healthcare professionals. The app only helps you remember your medications and supplements.
Notification reliability: We do our best to deliver notifications flawlessly; however, due to operating system behavior, phone manufacturer battery-saving restrictions, or unexpected errors, a notification may be delayed or missed. For critical medications, we recommend an additional reminder method (e.g. an alarm clock).
Emergency: In a medical emergency, call your local emergency number (112 in Türkiye). OldSchool is not an emergency service.
9. Limitation of Liability
MFK Apps Studio cannot be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any health issue, arising from the use or inability to use the app.
10. Service Termination
MFK Apps Studio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time. In case of termination, users will be notified in advance with reasonable notice.
11. Changes
These terms may be updated periodically. Material changes will be announced via in-app notification. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes arising are subject to the jurisdiction of the Istanbul courts.

OldSchool Kullanım Şartları

Bu kullanım şartları, OldSchool — İlaç ve Takviye Hatırlatıcısı mobil uygulamasının ("OldSchool" veya "uygulama") kullanım koşullarını düzenler. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz.

2. Hizmetin Tanımı
OldSchool, kullanıcıların ilaç ve takviyelerini düzenlemesine, doz saatlerinde hatırlatma almasına ve doz geçmişini görüntülemesine olanak tanıyan bir mobil uygulamadır. Tüm sağlık ve profil verileri cihazınızda saklanır.
3. Hesap ve Erişim
OldSchool'u kullanmak için bir hesap oluşturmanız gerekmez. Uygulama isminizi veya e-postanızı bir sunucuya göndermez.
4. Pro Sürüm
4.1 Kapsam
OldSchool Pro, Google Play / Apple App Store üzerinden satın alınan bir yükseltmedir (ürün kimliği: com.mfk.osreminder.pro). Pro; reklamsız deneyim, ilaç fotoğrafı ekleme, PDF/CSV dışa aktarma ve paylaşım ile diğer premium özellikleri içerir. Güncel fiyat mağazada görüntülenir.
4.2 İptal ve İade
Satın alma işlemleri ve iadeler tamamen Google Play / Apple App Store politikalarına tabidir. İade taleplerini ilgili mağazanın resmi prosedürü üzerinden yapmanız gerekir. MFK Apps Studio doğrudan ödeme almaz veya doğrudan iade işlemi gerçekleştirmez.
5. Reklamlar
OldSchool ücretsiz sürümünde Google AdMob aracılığıyla reklamlar gösterir. Pro yükseltmesi satın alarak reklamları kaldırabilirsiniz. Ödüllü reklamlar tamamen isteğe bağlıdır.
6. Kullanıcı Sorumlulukları
- Uygulamayı yasalara uygun şekilde kullanmak
- İlaç ve doz bilgilerini doğru girmek (veri doğruluğundan kullanıcı sorumludur)
- Cihaz güvenliğini sağlamak
- Pro'yu yetkisiz şekilde paylaşmamak veya satmamak
- Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik yapmamak, kaynak kodunu çıkarmamak veya değiştirmemek
7. Fikri Mülkiyet
OldSchool uygulaması, logosu, tasarımı, kaynak kodu ve içeriği MFK Apps Studio'nun fikri mülkiyetidir. Kişisel kullanım dışında çoğaltılamaz, dağıtılamaz veya değiştirilemez.
8. Tıbbi Sorumluluk Reddi
OldSchool tıbbi bir cihaz değildir ve tıbbi tavsiye, tanı veya tedavi sağlamaz. Doktorunuzun, eczacınızın veya diğer sağlık uzmanlarının talimatlarının yerine geçmez. Uygulama yalnızca ilaç ve takviyelerinizi hatırlamanıza yardımcı olur.
Bildirim güvenilirliği: Bildirimleri kusursuz teslim etmek için elimizden geleni yaparız; ancak işletim sistemi davranışı, telefon üreticisinin pil tasarrufu kısıtlamaları veya beklenmedik hatalar nedeniyle bir bildirim gecikebilir veya kaçırılabilir. Kritik ilaçlarda ek bir hatırlatma yöntemi (örn. çalar saat) öneririz.
Acil durum: Acil bir sağlık durumunda 112'yi arayın. OldSchool bir acil durum hizmeti değildir.
9. Sorumluluk Sınırı
MFK Apps Studio, uygulamanın kullanılması veya kullanılamamasından doğabilecek herhangi bir dolaylı, arızi veya sonuçsal zarardan ya da sağlık sorunundan sorumlu tutulamaz.
10. Hizmetin Sonlandırılması
MFK Apps Studio, hizmeti herhangi bir zamanda değiştirme, askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkını saklı tutar. Hizmetin sonlandırılması durumunda kullanıcılar makul bir süre önce bilgilendirilir.
11. Değişiklikler
Bu şartlar zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içi bildirimle duyurulur. Değişiklik sonrası uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz yeni şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
12. Uygulanacak Hukuk
Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. Doğacak uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul Mahkemeleri yetkilidir.
