Mintly Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the mobile application Mintly: Calm Pomodoro Timer ("Mintly" or "the app"). By using the app, you accept these terms.

2. Description of Service
Mintly is a calm focus app for iOS and Android that lets users start Pomodoro focus sessions, run daily rituals, work alongside ambient sounds, receive session/break reminders, and view their daily focus summary. All focus data is stored on your device; Mintly runs no server and performs no cloud sync.
3. Account and Access
No account is required to use Mintly. The app does not collect your name or email.
4. Premium Subscription
4.1 Plans and Pricing
Mintly Premium is offered via the Apple App Store and Google Play (through RevenueCat) with the following options:
- Monthly subscription
- Yearly subscription — starts with a 7-day free trial
- Pro Lifetime (one-time purchase)
Premium includes an ad-free experience, custom timer durations, all rituals, premium themes, and future premium features. Current prices are shown by the store inside the app.
4.2 Free Trial
The yearly subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. If not cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to paid and is charged via the payment method on your store account (Apple ID or Google account).
4.3 Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime: on iOS via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, on Android via Google Play Store → Account → Subscriptions. After cancellation, premium features remain accessible until the end of the billing period; no renewal occurs.
4.4 Refunds
Refund requests are subject to the respective store's policies. For iOS purchases, use the Apple refund procedure; for Android purchases, use the Google Play refund procedure. MFK Apps Studio does not process refunds directly.
5. Advertising
The free tier of Mintly shows ads via Google AdMob. No ads are shown during the first 24 hours of use, during a focus session, on launch, or during onboarding. Premium subscribers have ads removed.
6. User Responsibilities
- Use the app in compliance with applicable laws
- Maintain the security of your device
- Do not share or resell premium subscriptions without authorization
- Do not reverse-engineer, extract, or modify the app's source code
7. Intellectual Property
The Mintly app, its logo, design, source code, and content are the intellectual property of MFK Apps Studio. They may not be copied, distributed, or modified outside of personal use.
8. Disclaimer
Mintly is a focus and productivity tool; it does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice. The app is provided "as is." MFK Apps Studio cannot be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.
9. Service Termination
MFK Apps Studio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time. In case of termination, users will be notified in advance with reasonable notice, and refunds for active premium subscriptions will be handled under the respective store's policy.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated periodically. Material changes will be announced via in-app notification. The current version is always published on this page. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes arising are subject to the jurisdiction of the Istanbul courts.
