Billora Privacy Policy
This privacy policy explains how the mobile application Billora — Invoice Maker (hereinafter "Billora" or "the app") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data belonging to its users.
1. Data Controller
App Owner: MFK Apps Studio
Contact: appsmfk@gmail.com
2. Data You Create Stays on Your Device
Billora is offline-first and has no account and no backend servers. Everything you enter is stored only on your device and is never sent to us:
- Invoices, estimates, and receipts you create
- Client details (names, addresses, and contact info you add)
- Business profile (your company name, logo, and tax details)
- Line items, templates, and payment records
We cannot see, access, or recover this data. Uninstalling the app removes it; use the in-app backup to keep your own copy.
3. Data Collected by Third-Party SDKs
To keep the free version running and to fix crashes, Billora uses a few third-party services. The data below is handled by those providers — we operate no servers of our own:
- Advertising (Google AdMob): on the free tier, your device's advertising identifier and coarse signals are used to serve ads. Ads — and this collection — are removed for Pro users.
- Analytics (Firebase Analytics): anonymous, aggregated usage events (for example, which screens are opened). No invoice content, client data, or personal identifiers.
- Crash reporting (Firebase Crashlytics): crash logs and device state used to diagnose errors. No document content.
- Remote Config (Firebase): fetches configuration values only; collects nothing about you.
4. Advertising & Consent (ATT / UMP)
On the free tier, Billora shows ads through Google AdMob. Before any personalized advertising, you are shown a consent screen (Google's UMP consent form), and on iOS an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. You may decline, and you can remove ads entirely by upgrading to Pro. Advertising is off for Pro users.
5. In-App Purchases
Purchases (Billora Pro) are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see your card or payment details — the store handles the transaction.
6. How Data Is Used
- To run the app's features on your device
- To show ads on the free tier (AdMob)
- To understand, anonymously, which features are used (Analytics)
- To diagnose and fix crashes (Crashlytics)
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. The only data that leaves your device is what the SDKs above collect, shared with those providers for the stated purposes. Your invoices, clients, and business content are never shared.
8. Data Retention & Deletion
Your documents live on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app. Advertising and analytics identifiers are retained by the respective providers per their policies; you can reset your advertising ID in your device settings at any time.
9. Children
Billora is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Your Rights
Depending on where you live (GDPR, KVKK, CCPA, and similar laws), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Because your content stays on your device, you are in direct control: delete documents in the app, reset advertising identifiers in your device settings, or uninstall to remove everything. For any request, contact us.
11. Security
Your data is stored locally and protected by your device's own security. Network calls made by the SDKs above use encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
12. Third-Party Policies

13. Changes
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
